Topic 1: Taking National Responsibility and Great Withdrawal from Libya
2011年2月，利比亚发生严重动乱，形势危急。根据
党中央和国务院的指示，中国建筑10,241名员工执行全员
撤员行动。公司科学组织，充分发挥党员先锋作用，创造
了“十天十夜万人万里大撤离，无一人丢失，无一人伤
亡”的奇迹。公司本着高度负责的态度，尽力帮助孟加
拉、越南籍等第三国员工撤离，彰显了中国建筑负责任的
企业形象。
公司在利比亚首都的黎波里和第二大城市班加西承建
了多项保障房项目和住宅项目。鉴于利比亚安全形势发生
重大变化，2011年2月23日，在利比亚的中资企业根据中
国政府部署开始大规模撤员行动。

In February 2011, serious turmoil broke out in Libya. According to
the instructions of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,
the China Construction Libya Co., Ltd organized for 10,241 employees
to fully withdraw from Libya. With the leading role of Party members,
China Construction achieved its goal of “No missing people and no
injuries in the withdrawal of thousands of people within ten days from
thousands of miles away”. The Company did its utmost to also help its
employees from Bangladesh, Vietnam and other countries withdrawal
and upheld the responsible image of China Construction.
